The VMR mill has a story of its humble beginning as a traditional rice mill in a small village in Kerala, India. From the very beginning, when Mr. V.P Pappu started the Valookkaran rice mill in 1965, it was growing, leaving many milestones behind. When Mr. Joy Valookkaran Pappu, the son of Mr. VP Pappu, joined his father, the rice mill got stronger. The growth of the old rice mill to its current modern status is a testament to the hard work and dedication of those who have been involved throughout its history.
